We went to South Padre Island and Elaina has her first beach experience. It was fun and Elaina loved the beach, the colors and the wind.

Jennifer y yo nos escapamos para un lago cerca de Dallas que se llama Possum Kigdom. Esto es un paraíso por esta área con muchas montanas y una hermosa vista. Jugamos golf, comimos bien y lo mas importante dormimos bastante...
Jennifer and I went to TCI (Turks and Caicos Island) on Saturday for 3 days. We went to do a job there... you know two days of beach and sun, and half of work. We really had fun. It is a beautiful island and very young one. The beaches are beautiful, quite, and the constructions are very new... The trip in general was too fast. On Thursday, a client request a quote for the job and we did the search of how much it can cost… next day (Friday) we got the tickets and hotel reservation and on Saturday at 5 am we were in DFW airport. We got there around 1 pm and we got our car and drove to the resort. Everything fine so far. We went inside the resort and asked “it is the right place to check-in” and they say “yes and no”. What? Yes, the room that we got using Expedia was already taken and Expedia gave a reservation for a room not available. To make the story shot, I told Expedia “I am with my wife who is pregnant so you fix it and you will give a room with same quality in this island”. Three hours later, they gave us a two rooms and two bathrooms apartment (cost the double but Expedia cover the different). The true is that we knew that there were not rooms available in the whole island except for bigger rooms in this resort. But we eat only see food and we had amazing time… unfortunately, it was too short.

Jennifer y yo fuimos a TCI (Turks and Caicos Island) este sábado pasado por 3 días. Fuimos por asunto de trabajo. Tú sabes, dos días de playa y sol, y medio día de trabajo. La pasamos muy bien. La isla es hermosa y la están empezando a desarrollar. Las construcciones no tienes más de 5 anos. Las playas son increíble, calmadas, no mucha gente y las construcciones alrededor son espectaculares. El viaje fue muy rápido. Un cliente pidió el costo por un trabajo en TCI el pasado jueves, el viernes en la tarde compramos el pasaje e hicimos las reservaciones. El sábado a las 5 AM estábamos en el aeropuerto de Dallas. Llegamos a TCI como a la 1 PM, nos dieron nuestro carro y nos fuimos al Resort. Cuando llegamos a el Resort, Jennifer pregunta “este el lugar correcto para registrarnos” y la gente del Resort dice “si y no”. Expedia.com, donde hicimos las reservaciones, nos dieron un cuarto que no estaba disponible y por lo tanto no nos querían dejar regístranos en el Resort. Yo hable con Expedia y le dije “yo estoy con mi esposa la cual esta preñada y tu tienes que arreglar esto y dame un cuarto con la misma calida. 3 horas después ellos nos dieron un cuarto con dos habitaciones y dos baños en el mismo Resort. La verdad es que nosotros sabíamos que no había cuartos en ningún hotel o Resort en toda la isla, así que estábamos preocupados. Bueno, la pasamos bien y comimos mariscos y pescados todo el viaje. Desafortunadamente este viaje fue muy corto.
I just found this photo. Last November I went to Costa Rica for a job and I have to fly in Continental Airline. The ticket cost $1,200 in economic class and this was what I got for lunch. One calzone (small one) with
cheese and jam, 3 (I repeated 3) grapes, one small snickers, and chips. I am not a frequent flier but it is the poorest lunch I have had in a fly in my live.

Acabo de conseguir esta foto. El noviembre pasado fui a Costa Rica por trabajo y volé con Continental Airline. El pasaje costo 1.200 dólares en clase económica y esto fue lo que me dieron por almuerzo. Un calzón de queso y jamos (bastante pequeño), 3 uvas (repito 3 uvas), un chocolate pequeño y unas papas. Yo no soy uno de eso que vuela frecuentemente pero lo tengo que decir este es el almuerzo mas pobre que he tenido en mi vida.
I went to Venezuela for two weeks. I have time to visit a lot of family
and friends. My father cooked for three days to celebrate my visit. Here

Estuve en Venezuela por dos semanas. Tuve tiempo de visitar amigos y
familiares. Mi padre nos cocino por tres dias para celebrar mi visita.
Aquí un ejemplo de su talento culinario.
Una de esas cosas que hace una ciudad diferente a otra, o solamente más
exclusive, complicada o solo nada complicada, son las cosas que uno ve.
Así es Ámsterdam. Vimos tantas cosas impresionantes, y una de esa es el
estacionamiento para grande de alquiler de Bicicletas que he visto en mi vida (tres pisos completamente full de bicicletas). Tengo que decir que es
aproximadamente 3 veces el estacionamiento de alquiler de carros de Madrid.
Véanlo Uds. mismo y se imaginan que difícil es conseguir una bicicleta que
te guste?

Things that make one city different to other, or just more exclusive are what we see in those cities. Here in Amsterdam, we saw many amazing things, different things and one of them what the rent-a-bike store. The lot for the bikes is so big that it will take you hours to find a bike that you like. Now consider to see all those bike in summer in the middle of the city. WOW
Creo que si hay una ciudad que realmente me gustaría volver a visitar es
Ámsterdam. Cada calle o cada sector de la cuidad es diferente. Si quieres
ser malo y vivir la parte mala de la ciudad, you will be welcome. Pero si
tu estas es un nota diferente, Ámsterdam también te ofrece mucho mas que
sexo, drogas y party time.
Pero aquí esta uno de esas áreas que realmente caracteriza Amsterdam

I think if there is a city I would like to return again, it would be Amsterdam. Every city is different. If you want to be a bad boy, you could go to the Red District, but if you want to be a regular tourist gay, it would provide to you a lot of diversity and amazing unique environment that only Amsterdam can provide. And don't forget, sex, drugs and party make Amsterdam the main attraction.

Here is proved that we went to Paris. One of most amazing and incredible city I have been able to visit. This city is big and there is so much to see and places to visit that I hope next visit I will have more time and energy to see every corner and place that this city has.
Cuando fuimos a Europa, un amigo que conocí en la Universidad de Georgia se
casaba y que mas perfecto que tener la excusa de acércanos a la Coruña donde
la boda era. Esta boda comenzó a las 11 AM con unas tapas y algo de vino
para apuntar hasta el gran acto, la boda. Después un autobús nos recogió y
nos llevo a la capilla, la cual era muy muy pequeña. Como a las 4 PM nos
llevaron a la reunión de la boda. Esta era en un restaurante en el cual nos
recibieron con mas tapas y vinos hasta que llegaran los novios. Cuando los
novios llegaron, alrededor de las 6 PM, empezamos la cena. La cena nos tomo
algo así como 4 horas, ya te tuvimos que comernos 4 entradas y 2 platos
principales, y por supuesto el postre y café. La reunión se puso mejor
después de la cena
ya que bebimos y bailamos hasta las 4:30 AM. Fue
realmente una experiencia muy diferente. Hoy en día todavía me ciento lleno de esa cena.
